Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposit

A 10% deposit secures your booking once you accept an instant quote. The remaining balance is due on completion of the assembly.

Cancelling with 7 or more days' notice

If you cancel at least 7 days before your agreed work date, your deposit is fully refunded.

Cancelling with less than 7 days' notice

If you cancel less than 7 days before your agreed work date, your deposit is forfeited and is not refunded.

Base requirement

Before booking, you'll declare that checks have been undertaken to confirm your base is level and within the 10mm tolerance. This declaration must be made before we arrive on site.

If the base does not meet this requirement when we arrive, your deposit is forfeited and we will not carry out the assembly until the base has been rectified.
